Usually, yes. We work in sections and keep each area masked off and tidy, so the rest of the property can stay in use. Tell us how the space is used and we will plan the work around it.
Can you work evenings or Saturdays?
We work Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, so evening and Saturday work is often possible. We agree on the schedule with you before the job starts.
How long does a commercial painting job take?
It depends on the size of the property, how much preparation the surfaces need, the schedule you need us to work around and, outside, the weather. You get a timeline with your quote.
Do you work with property managers and HOAs?
Yes. We paint unit turnovers, common areas and building exteriors, and we can work with the colors and rules set by your HOA or management company.
